Gilberto has vast experience in construction, mining, logistics, and energy, and leverages this knowledge to establish international businesses. As the former CEO of Mota-Engil, he was involved with commercial and operational aspects of the business, as well as African market analysis.
He received the Portuguese Republic COTEC Prize for Entrepreneurship and was Africa Investor’s ‘International Business Leader of the Year’ in 2015. He also has extensive knowledge in property having been involved in several commercial and residential development transactions.

Anele is a founding board member of Istogen Investment Holdings (IIH), and is also the founder of Tecino Wealth Creations, a holding company with extensive investments in Property, Manufacturing Architecture and Design.
Anele is a creative innovator entrepreneur who has frequently participated in a mentorship program in Scotland. Anele has from grassroots in the Eastern Cape through sheer discipline, dedication and perseverance emerged as one the more prominent business leaders in SA.

ANDRE DU PLUSSIS

Andre is a founding board member of Istogen Investment Holdings (IIH). After graduating with a BCom Hons in Investment Banking, and Economics from the University of Stellenbosch, and University of Johannesburg and having worked for prominent Banks in SA established Hyde Park Capital Finance, a fund, financing Corporate Commercial businesses.
Andre’s 25 years of deal making renders him a very valuable asset for IIH.

TERRY MUSIYAMBIRI
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Terry is a macro-economist and Chartered Accountant with considerable experience in business development and financial management. He has advised CEOs of state-owned enterprises on economic and political developments, has served as a business analyst for investment corporations, and was the chief negotiator in the establishment of SA Express.
He has held multiple senior financial and business development roles.
